CACHAÇA MILL

The production of Dom Tapparo cachaça and Cabaré is all made in the family property: since the sugarcane planting, milling, distillation and final aging. By the way, this process is made in European and American oak barrels and other woods such as Amburana na Peanuts. It’s also important to mention that the Dom Tapparo mill was recognized with the “Eureciclo” as one of the companies that most invest to development of the recycling chain.

OUR HISTORY

The history of Dom Tapparo’s mill beggins in 1978 when mister José Tapparo decided to produce cachaça for himself and also to gift his friends. He dind’t know what was to come... the cachaça was such a sucess that people wanted to start to buying it! And that was the moment that Mister José realized what a great business opportunity he had in his hands.

The years passed by and his sons, Ademilson and Carlos, joined the company icreasing the range of products to not only cachaça but also to many coktails and licors. With a lot of different flavors.

Nowadays the company count with the thrid generation of Tapparo’s Family, with Bruno, Giovanni, Breno, Marcus, Fernando and Carla Tápparo.

Dom Tapparo is always present in many events stablishing direct contact between the brand, flavors and opnions leaders, loyal consu mers and making new friends!

Cachaça Cabré supported more than 500 lives in Brazil, from march to august encouraging new singers in their beggining career.
